SHIPPING TIME

 

All orders placed by 10am EST ship in 7 days. For shipments, normally it takes approximately 7-15 business days to receive your package, although sometimes it may be sooner or later depending upon your country’s customs department. For expedited international shipment (6-10 business days) with detailed tracking information. After your order processes, you will receive an email with your order confirmation. Once your package ships, you will receive a separate email with tracking information and you will soon be able to log into your account to track your order.

 

SHIPPING WORLDWIDE

 

We ship internationally. International customers assume responsibilty for any duties / taxes that may be incurred from customs. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Iran, Iraq, Cuba, North Korea.

 

TRACK ORDER

 

After your order ships, you’ll receive a notification email with a tracking number and link, so you can check on your shipping status and know when to expect your order (please note that for International Standard Shipping, tracking will show when it leaves and when it gets delivered.All Organic Olivia orders placed before 10am EST ship in 2 days.

 

CHANGE SHIPPING ADDRESS

 

If you contact us within a few hours after placing your order we will do out best to change your address. Unfortunately once your order is processed, we cannot change your address. Please email us at [email protected] with your order number if you believe your package won’t arrive to you.

 

CANCELL THE ORDER

 

Unfortunately once your order is processed it cannot be cancelled as it’s already on its way to being shipped. Nevertheless, if you email us within 12 hours after you place your order to [email protected], there is a slight chance we can cancel it in time! If your order is processed and on its way to you and you’d like to return it, you can write RETURN TO SENDER on the package (without opening it) and have it sent back to us for a refund minus a AU$10 shipping and handling fee. Please email us at [email protected] if you’re in this situation.
